Convenient Free Consultations

We provide free initial consultations to confidentially discuss and evaluate your case. These meetings usually take a minimum of one hour, during which time you will meet the people who will prepare and, if necessary, try your case. If meetings during normal working hours are not possible, we will meet with you in the evening or on a weekend. If your injury prevents you from coming to our office, we will come to you. We will do whatever it takes to meet your needs.

At The Glassman Law Firm, P.C., we are proud of our AV rating by Martindale-Hubbell which recognizes us as preeminent lawyers in terms of both legal ability and ethical standards. Only about 15% of all licensed attorneys hold this designation.

During this process, our staff will be accessible to you at all times and will keep you advised of the status of your case. All of our efforts will be directed toward obtaining the best possible result for you.

While we have given television interviews to provide information on important legal cases and topics (see video links to Channel 4 News and ABC's "Legal Minds"), our most effective advertising comes from satisfied clients who refer approximately 90% of our cases to us. Other Legal Services

Although we specialize in handling a variety of personal injury cases (see Practice Areas), we keep our clients updated on current developments in the law. We publish a firm Newsletter to pass along tips and information that our clients find useful. We also provide our clients with a referral service in other areas of the law in which we do not specialize.

We want to be your law firm. If you have any legal problem involving an area of law in which we do not specialize, we will be happy to refer you to a lawyer who specializes in that field who will competently handle your case.

Contingent Fee Representation

Nearly all personal injury cases are handled upon a contingent fee or percentage basis. This means that we are paid a percentage of the amount we recover for you. If we do not secure a recovery for you, you owe us no legal fee. Please click for a sample of our contingent fee contract.
